PIN TIA Receiver

The TPT4XXX series is an InGaAs PIN-TIA module with transimpedance amplifier for data rates from 155 Mb/s to 10 Gb/s. Available in either pigtailed or receptacle package.

Package is actively aligned and uses high power YAG laser welding to guarantee high detector responsivity and low deviation over a wide temperature range.

• Operation at 1310nm & 1550nm
• High sensitivity and high overload characteristics
• High transimpedance gain with or without AGC(Automatic Gain Control)
• Differential or single ended output
• Operating temperature ; -40 deg C to +85 deg C
• Single-mode fiber or Multi-mode fiber pigtailed with SC, LC, FC or ST connector
