Analog PIN PD for CATV Applications
Analog PIN photodiode for forward and return path CATV applications. The TxP4NN3 series is a reliable InGaAs PIN photodiode module pigtailed with SMF or MMF.
Analog application for CATV Return Path (TAP4NN3), Forward Path (TZP4NN3) or
for wireless fiber optic repeater (TBP4NN3).
Features:
- Operation at 1310nm & 1550nm
- High responsivity with low dark current and capacitance
- Operating temperature: -40° to +85°
